Should I Call Them? Often there are issues that can be resolved with the help of a CPA firm. For example there may be issues associated with tax calculations and payments and we would want to work with your CPA firm on those issues. If there are questions as to the accuracy of financial information, it is likely we are able to work with you and your staff to resolve those items. The work involved in turning around a business is different than the work normally performed by your CPA firm.

During This Process? We do not run your company. However we do provide clear direction in certain areas of your business that need to be followed if the process is going to be successful. For example, it may be necessary for us to negotiate with key creditors and for us to control the process of issuing checks. When we take on those tasks, the ultimate responsibility and authority remains with the business owners and management. |
