If there are questions as to the accuracy of financial information, it is likely we are able to work with you and your staff to resolve those items.

The work involved in turning around a business is different than the work normally performed by your CPA firm.

Will You Run My Company During This Process?

We do not run your company. However we do provide clear direction in certain areas of your business that need to be followed if the process is going to be successful. For example, it may be necessary for us to negotiate with key creditors and for us to control the process of issuing checks. When we take on those tasks, the ultimate responsibility and authority remains with the business owners and management.
